Students
are admitted at the beginning of the academic year
only.
A student seeking
admission to the school from another state should
get her transfer certificate countersigned by the
education department of the state.
Documents required
for admission are never returned for any reason.
The date of birth
filled in the admission form will not be changed afterwards.
The management uses
its discretion in the choice of candidates for admission
to various classes.
Admission is open
to all students irrespective of religion, caste and
community but preferences is given to catholic students.
Application for the
verification of marks in special cases will be considered
at the discretion of the school authorities. The application
along with prescribed fee of Rs.10/- per subject should
be given to the principal within a period of 3 days
after the declaration of the results. Answer-books
of final examination will not be shown.
The criterion of promotion is the average
of all the examinations and the performance of the student
throughout the year. Every student must appear in the
final exam in order to be promoted to the next class.
Normally no student will be allowed to
appear for the final examination, if she does not pay
the fees.
If the fees fall into arrears for over
a month the child's name is liable to struck of the
rolls without any intimation.
Pupils, absent from unit tests and half
yearly examinations for any reason, are not reexamined.
In case of illness leave application along with the
medical certificate be submitted the same day of the
tests or examinations.
The result of the examination is final
and cannot be reconsidered. The answer papers of the
final examination will not be shown to students or parents.
